        Printing Services - File Upload

        Your file will be provided to our print specialist for production in que. Printing and delivery of any requested materials will take place according to the instructions on this form. Deadline to receive print materials either by way of personal delivery or through regular mail are the responsibility of the user of this form to provide to the printing division.

        Invoice Preparation

        An invoice will be generated upon distribution of printing materials. The invoice will be billed according to the cost of disbursements plus 15% including but not limited to: stationary, photocopy ink, postage, and travel expenses for deliveries. Labour is billed at the rate of $25 per hour.


        An invoice will be delivered to the email address provided on this form within 30 days upon receipt of this request.
