Status Certificate
To order and to pay for a Status Certificate please go to:
Condo Communities (https://www.condocommunities.com)
Please click on the “Certificate” Tab, (located to the left of the “Sign In” Tab).
Select your property, and fill in your details along with payment.
The Status Certificate will be emailed to you once completed.
The Status Certificate expires after 30 days.
The Fees for a Status Certificate are as follows
$100.00 for 10 day
- STANDARD delivery via email
$250.00 for 5 day
- EXPEDITED delivery via email
$350.00 for 1 day
- RUSH delivery via email
