Covid-19 Bulletin

As a leader in the condominium management space, we have a responsibility to provide our clients with information about the steps that City Sites Property Management has taken to provide tools and resources to our organization of property managers to deal with this crisis.

There have been no reports of COVID-19 in any of City Sites Property Management’s managed properties or its head office. However, City Sites Property Management Inc. is carefully planning for this situation and is taking reasonable steps by implementing service modifications to safeguard its staff and clients against COVID-19.

These efforts include enhancements to our remote work capabilities and reliance upon technology so that Managers can continue to perform work on-site or from home, depending on the circumstances of their employment and property management service requirements.

City Sites Property Management Inc. has taken the following efforts thus far:

  1. City Sites Property Management’s head office is closed to non-essential staff.

  2. Chemical Treatment of City Sites Property Management’s head office with anti-viral products.

  3. Suspension of City Sites’ internal monthly Managers’ Meetings until further notice.

  4. Recommendation to Property Managers to close the Management office to walk-ins and accept visitors only by appointment. Most corporation business can be conducted through use of our technology tools.

  5. Recommendation to Property Managers and client Boards to conduct Board Meetings virtually.

  6. Recommendation to client Boards to post-pone Annual General Meetings or other community events or to seek virtual alternatives.

  7. Recommendation to client Boards to close all recreational facilities until further notice.

Further actions will be taken in the upcoming days and weeks to provide our staff with the tools required to manage this crisis. We must also be mindful of the risk of transmitting or contracting COVID-19 and take efforts to reduce the possibility of exposure and observe the recommendations of qualified health officials.

We remain committed to providing unparalleled service to our clients and we are closely monitoring the World Health Organization’s and Health Canada’s positions on COVID-19. We will continue to dialogue with our clients and our entire management team, as new information becomes available and adjustments to our operations must be made.

Yours truly,

Nicholas Chirametli, B.Hsc., RCM President
