Community Engagement

At City Sites Property Management, we believe strong communities are built through meaningful, long-term investment. Beyond managing properties, we are committed to contributing to the social, educational, and charitable initiatives that help the neighborhoods we serve thrive.

We proudly support North Toronto Baseball and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board Cooperative Education Program, which provides students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and explore career pathways within the property management and real estate industry. By investing in education and mentorship, we aim to help prepare the next generation of professionals while strengthening the local workforce.

City Sites Property Management also is an active supporter of community-driven charitable initiatives, including participation in the Big Bike Charity Fund through the Heart and Stroke Foundation  and the Make A Wish Foundation. Through these involvements, we contribute to important causes while joining with community members and partners to create a positive and lasting impact.

These investments reflect our core values: responsibility, partnership, and community engagement. City Sites Property Management remains dedicated to supporting initiatives that enhance quality of life and foster sustainable, vibrant communities wherever we operate.

Sportive Events

Supporting local sporting events is about more than sponsoring competitions—it's an investment in the health, spirit, and future of our community. Sports bring people together, inspire teamwork, encourage active lifestyles, and create opportunities for athletes of all ages to develop confidence, discipline, and lifelong skills.

By supporting community sporting events, we help foster meaningful connections, celebrate local talent, and contribute to experiences that strengthen our neighborhoods.

City Sites was a presenting sponsor at the Upper Village Academy’s golf tournament in support
of childhood education, helping to shape the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and
potentially…condominium managers.

City Sites Property Management was also the proud sponsor of SMASHED – the 13th Annual Charity Ping Pong Tournament. Zancor Homes and Lifetime Developments have hosted this charity ping poing tournament for the past 13 years. Proceeds go to very deserving causes: Lifeline Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Sick Kids, Cortellucci Children’s Charity, Mackenzie Health Foundation, Scalabrini International Migration Network, HomeCourt Advantage, and Campfire Circle.
