Bes Kondi

Bes Kondi is a seasoned condominium management professional with over a decade of leadership experience across property management and operations. As Regional Director at City Sites Property Management, Bes oversees the performance and strategic direction of multiple condominium communities, working closely with Boards of Directors to deliver strong governance, operational excellence, and resident-focused service. Bes holds a Condominium Management & Administration Certificate from Humber College and is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). In 2021, he was awarded the ACMO Manager of the Year award, recognizing exceptional professionalism, leadership, and contributions to the condominium management industry. Throughout his career, Bes has been recognized for his ability to navigate complex operational challenges, lead high-performing teams, and deliver results under pressure. His experience includes capital project oversight, emergency preparedness, financial management, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation and long-term sustainability.
