Toula Kosmopoulos
Director of Human Resources
Ms.Toula Kosmopolous has been a part of City Sites’ leadership team since 2014 and is responsible to provide Property Management staff with tools and resources to complete their work effectively. Her background in customer service and the banking industry has provided our Managers with responsive back office support.
Her responsibilities include organizing training programs for Managers, relief coverage for vacations and absences and she has been instrumental in implementing City Sites’ 24/7 emergency response phone line, where a live agent will field all emergency calls.
In addition to her role providing Human Resource support for our Managers, she has intimate knowledge of the status certificate, new owner information certificates, periodic information certificate and information certificate updates, as she has supervised and trained head office staff in the production of these regulatory disclosure statements, in addition to filing all Condominium Authority of Ontario annual returns with the Registrar.
