Ms. Wyn Farrow is the Vice President of Accounting and Administration at City Sites Property Management. Her career in Property Management spans over 25 years, which provides her the advantage of understanding and implementing appropriate processes required to ensure an efficient accounting operation. This helps City Sites deliver on the financial needs of its clients.
Her previous work experience includes managing an accounting department where she was responsible for more than 100 condominiums across Ontario. This included building the receivables and payables teams, training property accountants, cleaning up disorganized financial statements and implementing new procedures to optimize efficiency. She has also successfully worked at an Accounting firm where she gained familiarity in the preparation of a third-party condominium audit giving her insight into the auditing process and reporting requirements.
Ms. Farrow is responsible for producing City Sites’ unaudited financial statements and providing leadership to its accounting and administrative teams. She continuously works with her staff, property managers, their supervisors and the technologies used to improve the processes in the company to ensure that the quality of the service provided to the client is at its best.
